School Fundraisers

Berwick Secondary College got on board with Anti Poverty week holding a casual clothes day for State Schools' Relief. The fundraiser was attended by special guests bankmecu; who kick started Anti Poverty week with a $40K donation to help eliminate poverty from Victorian schools.

The McKinnon Secondary College 24/7 Relay Challenge, is a charity event in which over 840 students and staff elect to run, jog or walk around the school oval in a relay format for 24 hours. Some teams covered in excess of 377km and this year and collectively raised over $39,000 for State Schools' Relief.


 

In 2013 Noble Park Secondary College held a concert. it's theme was the cultural dance of the different nationalities at the school.  
The money raised was donated to State Schools' Relief.

 

In November 2012 the Baringa School held a Crazy, Funny, Shady Hat Day for State Schools' Relief. The school captains made posters for the parade, collected donations, sold tickets for the lolly jar guesses, set up and packed up. Below are some photographs of the day.

In September 2012, Noble Park Secondary College supported their charity, State Schools' Relief by holding a multicultural fundraising day. Noble Park Secondary College is culturally diverse, with 46 nationalities attending the school. Below are some photographs of the day.
